The District posts announcements and public notices on this website, the community bulletin boards at the fire stations (click here for the locations), on KDKD Radio FM 95,3, and in the Clinton Daily Democrat or Benton County Enterprise newspapers as necessary.

A schedule of meetings of the District's Board of Directors are posted at both fire stations and the agenda of the next meeting is posted at 11585 East Highway 7, Tightwad, Missouri 64735 as required by the Missouri Sunshine Law.
