The Board of Directors appointed Paula Kinder as Custodian of Records in July 2025 to serve the remainder of the two-year term until 2026; however, Paula Kinder resigned in October 2025 and Monte Olsen is serving as the Custodian of Records Pro Tem.

The Custodian of Records is a 2-year term and does not have to be a Director.

Following the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri State and Local Records Law, the District Custodian of Records:

• Maintains District records
• Approves removal of original public records
• Acts upon requests for access to or copies of public records
