The Board of Directors may choose  a Vice President/Vice Chair to until 2024.

The Vice President/Vice Chair is a 2-year term and must be a Director.

The Vice President/Vice Chair of the District's Board of Directors:

• Fulfills the duties & responsibilities of the President/Chair in the absence of the District's Chair/President
• The Vice President/Vice Chair must be a Director
